QuickPe

Privacy

This page describes how QuickPe handles your data. It is written in plain language and reflects how the product is actually built. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer, and should be before launch.

Your documents never reach us

Invoices, quotations, purchase orders and delivery documents are assembled in your browser. The PDF is generated on your device. We operate no database of your customers, your amounts, or your tax IDs, because that information is never sent to us.

Drafts are stored on your own machine

So that you do not lose work, an in-progress document is saved to your browser’s local storage. That draft can contain personal and financial details: names, addresses, tax IDs and amounts. It never leaves your device. It is deleted when you download the document, when you start a new one, when you sign out, and automatically after twenty-four hours.

If you are on a shared or public computer, sign out when you are finished.

What we do collect

Signing in is required before a download. Authentication is handled by Google Firebase, which stores your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. We use this to know that a real person is on the other end. We do not sell it.
