Stripe

Reconciliation is the headline here. Taking a card payment is the easy part — the work that actually eats your week is matching what landed in the bank against what you invoiced. This closes that loop.

How it works

  1. Connect your Stripe account

You authorise QuickPe once. We never see or store card details — those stay inside Stripe, which is the point of using it.

  2. Send the invoice as usual

The document goes out with a payment link on it. Your customer pays by card or wallet from the invoice itself, not from a separate portal.

  3. The payment matches itself

When Stripe settles, the payment comes back and reconciles against that invoice — marked paid, with the reference and the fee already attached.

Where it is live

Australia and New Zealand today. Stripe operates in many more countries than we have enabled — if you want it switched on for your market, ask and we will tell you where it sits on the roadmap.

What it costs

Stripe charges its own processing fees directly to you, on their published pricing. QuickPe does not add a margin on top of them, and the document tools stay free.

Stripe is a trademark of Stripe, Inc. QuickPe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Stripe beyond the integration described on this page.
