CRM integration

This one is not a switch you flip. It is an engagement: we work out what your systems should tell each other, then build the integration that makes them do it.

How the engagement runs

  1. Evaluation

We look at what you actually run — the CRM, the accounting package, the spreadsheets nobody admits to — and where the same record gets typed in twice. This is where most of the value gets found, and it happens before anyone writes code.

  2. Data mapping

Your customer in the CRM and your customer on the invoice have to be the same customer. We agree what the identity is, what syncs in which direction, and what happens when the two disagree.

  3. API integration

We build it against your systems, not a generic connector — then hand over documentation your own engineers can maintain, rather than something only we can touch.

What we integrate with

If it has an API, it is in scope — the mainstream CRMs, accounting packages, and the in-house system somebody built years ago and everyone still depends on. We will tell you honestly during evaluation if a particular system makes this harder than it is worth.

What it is not

Not a self-serve connector, and not free — unlike the document tools. It is scoped and quoted per engagement, because a real integration depends entirely on what you already run.

Start with a scoping call

Bring the list of systems you run and where the double-entry hurts most. We will come back with what is worth connecting first.
