Terms of Service - the basics
1. About QuickPe
QuickPe – BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) (“QuickPe”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a technology platform that enables access to smartphones and related devices through rent-to-own, installment, or BNPL programs, delivered via authorized retail and ecosystem partners.
QuickPe is not a bank. Where applicable, credit or financing services may be supported by licensed partners in accordance with local laws.
2. Eligibility to Use the Services
To use QuickPe Services, you must:

Be legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement

Provide accurate and truthful information

Meet local regulatory and partner requirements
We reserve the right to refuse or suspend access if eligibility conditions are not met.
3. Scope of Services
QuickPe provides:

Digital onboarding and eligibility workflows

Device access programs (BNPL / rent-to-own / installment)
-
Repayment tracking and reminders
-
Device lifecycle and upgrade support
-
Partner and retailer enablement tools
Specific terms for any device plan or BNPL arrangement will be shared separately at the time of onboarding or purchase and will form part of your agreement.
4. User Responsibilities
By using QuickPe, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Use the Services only for lawful purposes

Follow agreed repayment terms and schedules

Safeguard your device and account credentials
-
Notify QuickPe of any misuse, loss, or unauthorized access
Misrepresentation or misuse may result in suspension or termination of Services.
5. Repayments & BNPL Terms

Repayment schedules (daily/weekly/monthly) are defined at plan creation

Late or missed payments may result in reminders, restrictions, or plan actions as disclosed

Any device-related controls follow the agreed plan and applicable laws
-
Fees, penalties (if any), and consequences are disclosed upfront
QuickPe follows responsible and non-predatory credit practices.
6. Device Usage & Ownership

Device ownership transfers only upon successful completion of the agreed plan

Until then, devices may be subject to lifecycle or security controls

Upgrade or buyback options depend on repayment history and plan eligibility

Damage, loss, or resale in violation of the agreement may result in liability
7. Partner & Retailer Services
QuickPe works with independent retailers and partners.
Retailers are responsible for in-store interactions, while QuickPe provides platform support.
QuickPe is not responsible for:

Retailer misconduct outside platform scope

Third-party product warranties (unless explicitly stated)
8. Data Usage & Privacy
Use of QuickPe Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, and shared.
By using QuickPe, you consent to data processing necessary to:

Deliver services

Manage repayments

Meet legal and regulatory obligations
9. Suspension & Termination
QuickPe may suspend or terminate access if:

Terms are violated

Fraud or misuse is detected

Required information is false or incomplete

Required by law or regulators
Termination does not remove obligations already incurred.
10. Intellectual Property
All platform content, logos, trademarks, software, and materials are owned by or licensed to QuickPe. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without written permission.
11. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis

QuickPe does not guarantee uninterrupted access

Eligibility approval is not guaranteed

Device availability depends on partner inventory
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

QuickPe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

Liability is limited to amounts paid (if any) for Services during the relevant period
This does not limit liability where prohibited by law.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operating jurisdiction where the Services are provided.
Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith discussions.
If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration or competent courts as permitted by local law.
14. Changes to These Terms
QuickPe may update these Terms periodically.
Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
